This new initiative is designed to give our team members the chance to gain recognised qualifications while continuing to work in the vibrant, fast-paced environment of our centre. Whether they’re just starting their career or looking to progress into a leadership role, our apprenticeships offer hands-on experience alongside expert training and support.
Customer Service
Focused on communication skills, teamwork and creating amazing guest experiences – ideal for those who love working with people.
Management
Perfect for team members who are ready to take the next step, this path develops leadership, decision-making and operational skills.
Food & Beverage
From food hygiene and preparation to customer interaction, this apprenticeship supports the vital work of our café team.
Across all areas, we offer a range of levels – from Level 2 (ideal for those new to the industry) through to Level 5 (for those looking to step into more senior or management roles). There’s a development path available for everyone.
