By purchasing this Membership online, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Clip n Climb Crawley Limited.
1.1 This Membership is a fixed 12-month minimum term contract.
1.2 The fee is £25 per month, collected by Direct Debit.
1.3 The first payment is taken on the day of sign-up by credit/debit card. Subsequent payments are taken monthly via Direct Debit.
1.4 Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or paused unless agreed in writing by Management.
1.5 Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your contractual obligation. All unpaid fees remain legally due.
2.1 As this Membership is sold online, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling off period from the date of purchase.
2.2 You may cancel within 14 days by contacting us in writing for a refund, subject to Clause 3.
3.1 If you choose to use the Membership during the 14-day cooling off period, you expressly request that the service starts immediately.
3.2 If you cancel within the cooling off period after using the facilities, we will deduct the standard retail value of any sessions used from any refund.
3.3 If usage equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be due.
3.4 No cancellation or administration fees apply during the cooling off period.
4.1 After 14 days, this becomes a legally binding 12-month contract.

6.1 Payments are collected under the Direct Debit Guarantee.

6.3 Outstanding balances remain legally recoverable.

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 for Membership administration, safety, and payment processing.
Climbing involves inherent risk. We accept no liability for personal property. Nothing limits your statutory rights or our liability for negligence causing death or injury.
We may alter session times, close areas for maintenance, or adjust operations without this constituting grounds for refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
