Clip ‘n Climb Crawley Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Types & Usage
Explorer Membership (£39/month): Includes up to 4 climbing sessions per calendar month.
Adventurer Membership (£59/month): Includes up to 6 climbing sessions per calendar month, plus 1x Ultimate Challenge per visit and 10% café discount.
Unlimited (Adventurer Plus) Membership (£89/month): Includes unlimited climbing sessions, access to both Ultimate Challenges per visit, and 10% discount on café and merchandise purchases.
2. General Terms
Memberships are valid for both peak and off-peak sessions.
Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the named member only.
Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month.
A valid membership must be active at the time of booking and attendance.
3. Booking & Attendance
All sessions must be pre-booked via our website or reception.
Membership does not guarantee availability – sessions are subject to capacity.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
4. Ultimate Challenges
Adventurer and Unlimited members are entitled to 1 free Ultimate Challenge per visit.
Ultimate Challenges must be booked at the same time as your climbing session and are subject to availability.
5. Discounts
Café and merchandise discounts are only valid during visits made by the member and must be redeemed in person.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions unless stated.
6. Payment & Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit or the selected payment method at time of registration.
Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled by email to info.crawley@clipnclimb.co.uk 1 month before the next billing cycle.
7. Cancellation & Changes
You may cancel your membership at any time with 1 month notice prior to the next billing date.
Clip ‘n Climb Crawley reserves the right to change pricing, benefits, or terms of the membership programme with 30 days’ notice.
8. Suspension of Membership
In the event of a temporary centre closure or unforeseen circumstances, memberships may be paused at our discretion.
9. Code of Conduct
All climbers must follow the centre’s safety rules and instructions at all times.
Clip ‘n Climb Crawley reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of safety protocols.
