Bookings Assistant.

 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Bookings Assistant to help create an outstanding customer experience from the moment our guests get in touch.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, managing bookings, answering enquiries, supporting party reservations and helping our reception area run smoothly.

Customer service experience is essential. Experience in leisure or hospitality is an advantage.

Arena Instructor.

Do you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast paced environment?

We’re looking for energetic, friendly and reliable Arena Instructors to join our team at Clip ’n Climb Crawley.

You’ll deliver memorable climbing experiences, supervise sessions, support customers and help maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Full training will be provided. Weekend and school holiday availability is essential.

Centre Manager.

We’re looking for an exceptional Centre Manager to lead from the front.

This is not an office based role. You’ll be on the floor, coaching the team, supporting every department and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and be hands on across reception, café and arena operations.

The regular working pattern is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with flexibility required during school holidays and peak trading periods. Anticipated start date for this role is mid August-early September.

If you’re an experienced people leader who enjoys being part of the action, with at least 3 years leisure management experience, we’d love to hear from you.

HR & Administration Assistant (Part Time).

We’re looking for a highly organised HR & Administration Assistant to support the day to day running of our growing business.

The role includes recruitment administration, onboarding, HR support, training administration and a variety of office tasks that help keep the business running efficiently.

Previous administration experience is essential. HR experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
