Ensuring that the arena is running safely, smoothly and on time providing a safe and fun experience, interacting with the participants and enhancing their experience through positive engagement, whilst ensuring all operating procedures are fully adhered to.

Fully flexible contracts available. Weekend/School Holiday availability is required

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out daily & monthly safety checks on climbing equipment
• Ensure the safe running of the Clip ‘n Climb arena in accordance with risk assessments and operating procedures
• Interact and assist with customers, providing an exceptional customer experience
• Work with team members to ensure all shift operational duties are undertaken
• Support with any events and promotional activities
• Attend ongoing staff training and development opportunities
• Understand and support Reception and Café duties as required

We are looking for Café Assistants to work within our South Ridge Café in a brand new facility!

Providing an excellent customer experience in the preparation and service of all café products on a day to day basis and for events whilst complying with all operational, health and safety and food hygiene procedures, to ensure an efficient and effective operation.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and give them a great experience
• Present products in an attractive and inviting way
• Assist with customer enquiries and bookings for the Clip ‘n Climb centre
• Create and bake fantastic cakes/bakes within the company guidelines
• Assist with the preparation and cooking of our wide range of hot food menu items, such as pizzas and toasties
• Assist the organisation and provisions for birthday parties and corporate events
• Undergo relevant training courses
• Cleaning duties, including washing, sanitising and drying dishes
• Re-stock refrigerators, shelves, and displays
• Maintain high cleaning standards throughout the café and facilities in accordance with health and safety legislation & current best practice guidelines
• Ensure that any risk assessments are complied with
• Operate the till system
• Check that orders have been correctly delivered
• Serve customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Keep cleaning and temperature records
• Undertake the preparation of the food and beverages served in the café
• Report any maintenance issues in a timely manner
